Hey y’all! Three weeks ago I spent my whole weekend preparing freezer meals. It was exhausting, so I hoped it would be worth it. Almost three weeks later, I’m still enjoying the products of my weekend labor. And everything is yummy. Inspired by these sites:
I made and froze eight breakfast sandwiches. I recommend wrapping the sandwiches in plastic wrap and aluminum foil. Also, take your sandwich out to thaw in the fridge the night before you plan to eat it. Next time, I’ll make them vegetarian by packing the eggs with roasted veggies.
