Hey y’all! I’m convinced the ice cream maker I got for Christmas is gonna get my waist in trouble. With my first batch I was excited to create an ice cream from my favorite Orlando ice cream shops. I don’t have a name for it (maybe y’all can help me with that), but it’s a traditional vanilla base with Golden Oreos, Heath Bar and white chocolate chips. The base is non-custard (I’m not quite ready for the eggs):
1 cup whole milk
2 cups heavy cream
.75 cup sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
It’s soooooo good. I’m surprised I didn’t eat it all on day one!
