Hey y’all! Now that the semester is over, I’m back to mealprep and blogging (kinda). Gina Homolka is one of my favorite food bloggers (Skinnytaste). Ive had her first cookbook for years and finally made the cover recipe, shrimp & grits. This recipe is better than almost every shrimp & grits I’ve had in restaurants. Of course, I can’t copy the recipe, but if you still don’t have this book, you should. All the recipes are low calorie and crazy good.
