Hey y’all! I’ve had moderate success with veggie burgers since I’ve been blogging. While the flavor is always great, the consistency falls flat. But this Black Bean Burger is the best veggie burger I’ve ever had. The flavor is perfect and it holds up on a bun (burgers I’ve made in the past fall apart cause they are too soft). I topped them with pepperjack cheese, jalapeño, red onion, lettuce and smashed avocado. I served them with these Homemade Potato Chips that I perfected hand cutting 1/8 inch thick by day 4 (lol) cause I refused to use my mandolin. If you don’t love this burger, your tastebuds are dead.
