I’m back!! Well kinda. I have been cooking, just nothing new so nothing to post. But this Thai Zoodle Bowl is everything. You can add anything to it because the sauce makes the dish. I used the ingredients I had at home and substituted avocado oil, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, and toasted sesame oil. I roasted red bell pepper rings, and chopped up some leftover chicken breast and jalapeños. I topped it with sesame seeds, lime and cilantro. Enjoy!
