#Whole30: Egg Roll Bowl

Heyyyy! It’s day 10 of Whole 30 and I feel great. In the first week, I lost 1 pound and a cumulative 3.25 inches. Seeing progress has definitely motivated me to keep it up. This week I tried a new Egg Roll Bowl recipe. I used ground beef instead of turkey and coconut aminos instead of soy sauce. I decided to top it with a fried egg (though the bowl is pretty filling without it).
