Heyyyy y’all! It’s day 2 of Whole 30 and I’m feeling like a pro this time around. Fingers crossed, I don’t get the cranks from sugar or carb cravings.
Right now I’m excited about trying new recipes. It’s no secret that I LOVE meatballs and these Curry Chicken Meatballs might be my favorite ever. Be patient with the sauce; it thickens as it cools. I wasn’t patient and added an extra tablespoon of almond butter and red chili paste. They still taste great but you’ll probably want to add a pinch of salt.
