#Whole30: Coffee Smoothie

Hey y’all! I am a pretty cranky person before my first cup of coffee. I like my coffee with raw sugar and unsweetened almond milk, so Whole 30 is challenging. Thank God a friend shared a coffee smoothie recipe that helps me avoid the sweetened coffee withdrawals I usually experience during the first days.

Here’s the simple recipe:

  • One part cold brew coffee (unsweetened)
  • Two parts unsweetened, vanilla almond milk
  • One frozen banana
  • Spoonful of cashew butter
  • Simply blend the ingredients and enjoy!
