If you’ve been following my blog, you know I’m no stranger to the Whole 30 eating plan. Since completing my first Whole 15 last summer, I’ve done variations of the plan three more times. Today, I’m starting again for almost a full 30 days (got some travel, so I’ll try but I’m sure ill deviate).
In addition to changes in my body, I’m looking forward to good sleep, glowing skin, and more energy. Of course, I’m looking forward to trying some new Whole 30 recipes. I hope you’ll follow my journey and consider joining me. And please share your favorite Whole 30 recipes.
