It’s summer!! Which means I can cook and eat mostly at home for two months. Also means, a break from meal prep Sundays. I enjoy prepping but it takes up a whole day. I’ve committed to no alcohol or eating out for the rest of the month of June. So I’m looking for new recipes so I don’t get bored starting with this Skinny Tso’s Chicken from one of my favorite healthy eating bloggers. Since it was my first try with this recipe, I followed it perfectly. When I make it again, I’ll probably make a bit more sauce (cause the cauliflower needs it lol). When I cook with my wok I feel like I know what I’m doing 😂😂. Enjoy!
