I made the mistake of taking it easy for lunch this week, so I’m not in love with what I’m eating, but my Pad Thai Stir Fry gives me a dinner to look forward to. I picked my favorite fresh veggies (though I’m sure the frozen veggies the recipe calls for are fine). I used honey instead of brown sugar and sriracha instead of chile paste. Finally, I went with shrimp for my protein instead of tofu (because I don’t like tofu 🤷🏾♀️). This sauce is now my go to sauce for everything. I can’t wait to try it in more things. Enjoy!
