Hey y’all! I joined Orange Theory Fitness a month ago and I’ve been working out there two times a week. I have strong muscle memory and I noticed changes fast, but I want more so I’ve been reading up on building muscle (well honestly booty muscle 😉) and apparently I need to eat more carbs. So, I bought bread today. I can’t remember the last time I bought bread. I’m supposed to be grading final exams but I wanted a meatball sub so I made one with ground turkey meatballs, then started watching The Handmaid’s Tale…and well, I’ve been on my couch for four hours 🤷🏾♀️. P.S. I made about eight meatballs with the recipe. Baked them for about 35 minutes.
