Plant-Based Meal Replacement Smoothies

Hey y’all! Last week I took on plant-based protein meal replacement smoothies for breakfast and lunch. I’ve used protein powder for smoothies plenty, but I was pretty skeptical about the taste of plnt chocolate. And my skepticism proved true. This stuff is pretty gross. I’m not sure how anyone drinks this with only water. So, since I committed to meals (and paid for it) I had to find a way to make it alright. My favorite blends are below. I froze the fruit and mixed it up with unsweetened, vanilla almond milk:

This week I’m trying a new powder for my breakfast smoothies. Mixing Vega vanilla powder with frozen blueberries, blackberries, strawberry and vanilla almond milk. This one is much more tasty than the last. 👍🏾
