So I’m almost at two weeks clean eating. That’s two weeks with no cheats. In addition to my regular dance fitness, I joined Orange Theory Fitness and I’ve been working out four days a week.m (2 dance/2 OTF). I’m feeling good about my progress and I’m motivated to find yummy, healthy meals like this Sweet & Salty Kale Salad. I made it without the cheese, but followed the recipe otherwise. I soaked my apples in lemon water to prevent turning brown. The lemon dressing is the star of the dish. It makes raw kale yummy. Enjoy!
