Hey y’all! My birthday is in six weeks and I’m making a serious effort to get my health (and body) back before I turn 35. I’ve also decided that I’m going to defy aging like many of my favorite health & fitness enthusiasts who are in their 40’s, but I gotta figure out how keep beating my metabolism (I’ve noticed it’s getting tougher as I get older). And I don’t think I’ll ever fully kick my sweet tooth, but I can definitely make better choices like these Roasted Blueberry & Lemon Greek Yogurt Pops. I sweetened mine with a hint of maple syrup and soaked dates. The blueberries are in season and added sweetness to the dish. They are the perfect sweet treat when you gotta have something good. Enjoy!
