I think it’s safe to say I may be obsessed with meatballs. This week for dinner, I’m having Paleo and Whole 30 compliant Teriyaki Meatballs. These meatballs definitely change the game with the sweetness in the sauce coming from soaked dates. The flavor of the sauce is pretty amazing. I’m sure they’d be great with brown rice but keeping it light, I paired my meatballs with roasted broccoli. I only used a pound of ground beef (I didn’t see the need for the pork). I think my meatballs are a bit big, but that’s how I like them. Enjoy!
