Happy Easter! I hope you’re enjoying your friends and family on this beautiful Sunday. I’ve been craving a strawberry cake for so long, so I finally decided to make one. One of my favorite bakers had the best strawberry cake recipe and this new favorite had the strawberry buttercream. I used the freeze dried strawberry powder and about a tablespoon of reduced strawberry purée in the buttercream. It was a bit dense so I also added a splash of milk. This cake is so yummy I ate it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy!
