Bikini Season is for Salad Lovers

While game night was a lasting success, it did nothing good for my fitness. I ate leftover king cake for three days! I got the baby and the food baby (i.e. my stomach is not winning). I’ve got a big trip to Miami with my girls planned for exactly one month from now. So it’s time to get my life in order. Bikini season is among us and this Apple Chopped Salad is a great way to jumpstart my bikini body. The Apple cider dressing is so good I want to eat it with everything! I had the salad for dinner this week with a thin sliced chicken breast cutlet. So yummy! Now I gotta get my workout to match my food 😉
