Healthy Super Bowl Sliders

I just finished a three-day juice cleanse, so I picked something really awesome for my first meal on this Super Bowl Sunday. And these Healthy Sliders did not disappoint. For the most part, I followed the recipe. But I used plain yogurt instead of paleo mayo. I also used my favorite chipotle salsa instead of chipotle powder. Lastly, I made my own taco seasoning .

With two sweet potatoes I was able to make 11 “buns” so I packaged my leftovers separately for dinner tomorrow. They are tiny, but hearty, so I tapped out at three. If you’re thinking about something healthy to bring to your next game party, I promise everyone will love these. Enjoy!
