Homemade Greek

In the midst of prepping this meal I got some bad news; my great grandmother is dying in Michigan. She’s 92 and one of the most amazing women I know. Needless to say, I somewhat lost my appetite and cried through preparing this dish. I also discovered that Greek pairs well with gin and tonic.

You might remember my fav quinoa Greek salad. Well, I decided to pair it with Greek chicken kabobs & tzatziki sauce for a yummy Greek meal. Even with my indoor grill, it turned out great.

I posted this despite feeling crappy because my great grandmother is one of the best cooks I know. I aspire to one day cook great food without recipes or measuring spoons like her. She fed the whole neighborhood with her food, smile and kindness.

So enjoy this meal with love 💕
