Cajun, Peppered Zoodle Fever

I love zoodles almost as much as I love pasta. On a recent trip to San Diego, I had some great pasta in creamy spicy sauce with smoked salmon. Of course I wanted to recreate a lighter version after I got back home, so I was super excited to find this Cajun Zoodle Smoked Salmon recipe.

Initially, I followed the recipe choosing roasted red pepper hummus instead of vegan mayo, but omitting tomatoes. I found the red onion was too powerful for the dish so I omitted it after. I also thinned the hummus out a bit by adding water and keeping my zoodles wet.
