It’s my last week in town before the holidays and I needed a quick meal. I haven’t used my crockpot in forever so I decided to pull it out. I’m also crushing on Baked by Rachel and cooking everything on her site. After trying her amazing Maple glazed cinnamon rolls, I lined up a number of recipes from her blog. This Chicken Tortilla Soup didn’t disappoint and it’s soooo easy to make. I also made her Seasoned Tortilla Strips which perfectly complemented the soup. Grab your crockpot and enjoy!
