So you might have noticed I haven’t posted in a while 👀 I could be long, but the short story is: work, school, travel, and trying to squeeze in a workout here and there. The good news is that, with few exceptions, I’ve been eating Whole 15 every month since the first experiment this summer. This whole 30 compliant Taco Salad is my new favorite dish—the creamy avocado dressing is the star. I decided to do chicken instead of ground beef and omitted olives because I thing they are gross.
