Hey y’all! I’m on another Whole 30 stint. I’m looking forward to increasing my energy, getting great sleep, and losing some inches and pounds (of course). Today is day one and I hosted a friend for Sunday Brunch. The menu:
- Scrambled eggs
- Fruit salad
- Roasted sweet potatoes w/Cinnamon
It was soooo good and filling and I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything yet. Looking forward to results. Let’s do this!
