I got on the scale today for the first time in about a month and was pleasantly surprised by the fact that I haven’t gained as much weight as I thought. That’s good. Though I’m disappointed that the tone gained from my Whole15 experience, is pretty much gone. So, this week I’m back to work: abs, arms & cardio. And since abs happen in the kitchen, I’m sticking to a strict diet with NO CHEATS. Thankfully, this Rosemary Chicken Salad is yummy enough to make me forget about cookies. I made no substitutions. Even included tomatoes though I don’t like them (why they are cut so small lol). Let’s do this!
