Mealprep Chronicles: This Week Was Tough 

Man! MAN! I’m beat. This week was super busy between meeting new students, attending classes of my own, working out, and eating right. Mealprep was my best friend. I couldn’t, and wouldn’t, cook during the week. No new recipes this week. Here goes:

Breakfast: Banana, peanut butter protein smoothie. I don’t measure this but it’s frozen banana, peanut butter, vanilla protein powder & almond milk

LunchWhipped Sweet Potato Bowl, carrot sticks & hummus 

Snack: Raw cashews 

DinnerZoodle Lasagna 

Sweet TreatChloe’s Fruit Pops (dark choc is my favorite)
