Whole 15: Meat & Potatoes 

It’s day 15!!! This Whole 30 experiment has been great. I can drink coffee without agave, survive without chewing gum, and curb my sugar cravings with fresh fruit. Also, my abs are peaking back in and my arm muscles are popping. 

I cooked my last Hello Fresh meal today. I had to modify it a bit to make it compliant. I made meatballs instead of the mini meat loafs and omitted the bread. I smashed the potatoes with chicken broth, omitting the butter, sour cream, and milk. There’s nothing special about the Hello Fresh meals, but they are pretty healthy and great for someone with a busy life. I’m looking forward to getting back to what I do best, cooking dishes from my favorite food bloggers. 

I’ll report my biometric Whole 30 results  next week, but I feel great. That’s what matters!
