It’s day 13! I’m heading to Charlotte this weekend so I’m going hard in the kitchen and the gym on the final days of this Whole 30 challenge. I had a Smoothie Bowl for breakfast, leftover Sizzlin Southwest Chicken for lunch, and my second HelloFresh meal, Chorizo Hash for dinner. Y’all this hash is everything! I wasn’t too impressed with the simplicity of flavors in the first dish, but the combination of sweet, spicy, and tart in this hash is so good. Of course, I can’t share the recipe, but you can get the gist of it from the pics below. It’s Whole 30 compliant without the sour cream. I’ll be making this again on my own. It was so good!
