Hey y’all! My bestie visited this weekend so I took a couple days off from my Whole 15 journey. I’ve got three days left. Before I took some cheats, I discovered I lost 5 pounds and 2 inches off my waist in the first 12 days. And generally my cravings for sweets were down. Yay!
Last month, my uncle gifted me three Hello Fresh meals. I had to use them within a month, which just so happens to be this week. I think I’ve picked meals that, when slightly modified, fit the Whole 30 plan starting with this Sizzlin Southwest Chicken. I’ll admit I’m a bit of a cooking snob. The simplicity of the dishes kinda had my nose turned up, but it’s good food. I think having the subscription will come in handy when I’m traveling a lot without time for grocery shopping or heavy meal prep.

This dish reminded me of a stripped down version of one of my favorite Skinnytaste dishes: Mexican Sweet Potatoes, and is Whole 30 compliant if you omit the feta cheese. What’s your favorite meal delivery service?
