Hey y’all! It’s day 7 and my Whole 15 journey is still going great. I’ve been resisting the smoothie bowl craze because I didn’t see the point of eating a smoothie with a spoon. But I think variety is the key to sticking with the Whole 30 lifestyle so I decided to try these Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowls. I’m sold. The “smoothie” is much thicker than the ones I normally make for breakfast. It actually had the consistency of frozen yogurt. I topped mine with chia seeds, chopped bananas & strawberries, blueberries, and organic unsweetened coconut. Enjoy!
