Hey y’all! It’s day 5! According to the Whole 30 timeline, I should feel like killing all things but today was the best day so far. I’m not sure what the fuss is about. I even finished my cup of black coffee this morning. I normally have it with cream & agave. Old habits die easy.
It’s just me so I’ve been eating leftovers so far. I was getting pretty bored with them. Thankfully, today I added a new dish: Cauliflower Fried Rice. It’s so good that I doubt I’ll make my Best Rice You Ever Had with rice again. I’m making small batches over the next few days. One bag of rice makes about two servings with a handful of the other ingredients seasoned to taste.
