Bisque Bliss (Part Deux)

I mealprep once a week and eat leftovers for four (or more) days. I don’t mind leftovers but, because I eat meals for so many days, I’m not looking to repeat them anytime soon. Even the meals I love. So I always keep new meals coming and this dairy free Roasted Red Pepper Bisque is on the favorites list. I may repeat it next week cause it’s that good. I made one minor substitution–corn starch because that’s what I had in my pantry. Enjoy!!!!

Tip: keep your cilantro fresh all week in a Mason jar with a little water
