This simple meal inspired me to continue cooking but to also dedicate more time finding balance and making time go the things that are important to me. My health and healthy eating are at the top of the list. This salmon brings together my favorites tastes: sweet, spicy, seafood. Oh, and it’s easy.
I served the salmon with sesame garlic roasted asparagus. I went heavy on the garlic and used toasted sesame oil and omitted the seeds.
