How am I just discovering baked oatmeal??? I absolutely love breakfast and oatmeal is one of my favorite breakfast options. This Baked Oatmeal is now on my list of breakfast must haves. It’s also great for meal prep. I made the following recipe substitutions:
- 0.5 cup maple 🍁 syrup (omitted brown sugar), more about this substitution here
- Almond milk (less 3tbsp if substituting maple syrup)
- 0.5 cup chopped pecans
- Golden raisins
The original recipe has 456 calories in 6 servings. I’ll probably get about 10 servings out of this dish. Along with the substitutions, I’m guessing I cut calories in half. Enjoy!
