The title of this post really says it all so I won’t elaborate much more. I started making my own granola this year and I won’t go back to store bought granola ever again. Besides, I’m frugal and you can make three batches of granola for the cost of one organic bag. My most recent find is Maple Pecan Granola. It contains ingredients any cook or baker probably already has at home. I used Trader Joes unsweetened coconut and followed the recipe perfectly. The result: 4 full mason jars of granola. I don’t drink milk, but you could eat this as a cereal with milk, or make a parfait with Greek yogurt. My new favorite sweet treat is plain Greek yogurt, drizzled with honey, and topped with this granola. Yum!
