Y’all know I love baking and #pumpkinseason. This fall nothing has changed. Each week I’m looking for new pumpkin goodness to bake up and ta-dah I discovered these Pumpkin Chip Muffins. I love these muffins because they are made with my favorite ingredients and only 237 calories. They’ll be breakfast next week and I’ll feel like I’m having a sweet treat with the chocolate chips. I followed the recipe perfectly, using almond milk since no specific type was specified. I packed a few extra chocolate chips in to the batter so I guess the almond milk makes up for those added calories. *wink* Enjoy!
