After eyeing her whole wheat coconut oatmeal chocolate bars for months, I finally made them this week. They are so good, I may make them every week as my daily “cheat”. I used coconut oil spray and roasted coconut from Trader Joes.I followed the recipe exactly, making only one minor baking change. I baked them for 20 minutes. And boom! They are sweet enough to satisfy your sweet tooth without much guilt. Today is my third day of cheating with these and they are still yummy.
