It took me a while to find my adult palate. This is especially true when it comes to vegetables. There are still some veggies I have never tasted but won’t eat because I don’t like how they look or smell. Don’t judge. But I discovered Brussels sprouts at a Williams-Sonoma fundraiser last fall (they could sell me anything by the way) and immediately fell in love with them. I only like them one way: roasted. These roasted Brussels sprouts with balsamic vinegar & honey are amazing. It doesn’t hurt that they are super easy to make. Just half them, dump on foil, then dump in dressing. Check them out!
